The Three Movies we are most excited for this 2019

We are set for a bumper year when it comes to movies. The new Star Wars trilogy will come to an end, and we will see another Quentin Tarantino movie. Animation is continuing to evolve and as such more and more incredible movies are being released. Toy Story 4

One of the most successful animated series in the history of film, brings the four installment of Toy Story. The animated comedy will again be produced by Pixar animated studies for Walt Disney pictures. This will follow on from Toy Story 3 in 2010, and is already gathering high praise upon its release later this year. Josh Cooley has been put at the helm directing the film, which includes the usual characters of Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear, voiced by Tom Hanks and Tim Allen. The movie is expected to be one of the highest grossing movies of 2019 and a classic for years to come. No pressure.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

A movie directed by Quentin Tarantino and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt, will be expected to be a major force on the movie scene. The previous two mentioned of course played a starring role in the success of the Wolf of Wall Street movie. So in the shape of Once upon a time in Hollywood, we could have a classic on our hands. The movie is set to be released at the end of July in the US and will be distributed by Sony Pictures releasing. This is yet another movie in 2019 that is expected to be a huge success.

The Lion King

The most anticipated animated movie in history and one that is set to amaze. This will be the remake of the 1994 classic of the same name and is being produced by Walt Disney pictures. The movie is being directed by Jon Favreau, who has quickly made a name for himself in directing animated movies, following the success of the Jungle book. Plans for this remake have been in the works since 2016, and an incredible voicing cast has been assembled. Some of the stars include Donald Glover, Seth Rogen and even Beyoncé. This Lion king remake is expected to be a huge success and will be released at the latter stages of 2019. We simply cannot wait.

In Data Saver mode, Google will compress the pages and media content so that less data is consumed and the pages load faster.

Top movies set to be released in 2019

It has led to mixed reviews due to the fact neither were in the original cast of the early years of the franchise, but it can be expected to be a huge success as all the films are. The film will be released by Universal Pictures at the latter stages of the year.

  • Joker

Set to be distributed by Warner Bros, this crime film is of course based on the famous character Joker, from the DC comics. It is set to be both directed and produced by Todd Phillips, in which Joaquin Phoenix has been tasked with the difficult job of playing the lead role. The film is also going to star a number of big names such as Robert De Niro, Bill Camp, Frances Conroy and Douglas Hodge. The plot is set to focus around the ‘Joker’ being driven insane following a failed attempt at becoming a stand up comedian. The film is scheduled to be released later in the year, in which the release has been anticipated for some time. This can be expected to be a success in what is going to be the first in a series of DC based films, that are separate from the shared DC extended universe.

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2

 

The first game in the series certainly divided opinion with it far from reaching the heights they would have expected. However this is already looking set to be a much more solid multiplayer shooter for gamers. It launches on March 15th and will be available on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation Four. This sequel is taking place in Washington DC whereas the previous game centered around New York City. The PvP multiplayer gameplay called Conflict is likely to draw many people to the game, in which you will be able to play either Skirmish or Domination. The first is a team deathmatch whereas Domination will consist of capturing objectives and then defending them.

With spring now in full bloom, Summer is just around the corner, and I don’t know about you, but I just can’t wait. For many of us, Summer and, more importantly, Summer vacation is like a breath of much needed fresh air. It’s an escape, albeit a brief one, from the daily grind of financial obligations and your daily routine. For just a little while each year, you get to take a break from work or school to do, more or less, whatever you want to do for a change, rather than what you have to do to get by. That’s why it’s of the utmost importance that we make our vacation count every year! While a trip to the beach is a classical vacation for a reason, there are a great many things you can do for your Summer vacation that aren’t simply an excuse to swim, not that there’s anything wrong with that. Here are some examples of vacation activities that can breathe new life into the breath of fresh air that is your Summer vacation.

First and foremost, let’s go ahead and stick with the ocean locale. For starters, while we all have plenty of fond memories of swimming on the ocean’s surface, there’s still plenty to do just under the sea. (Cue the Little Mermaid musical number.) For example, SCUBA diving is a popular choice of vacation activity, and for good reason. While so many of us simply go to the beach to swim or sunbathe, we still appreciate the specific characteristics of a beach, as opposed to a lake, for example. What we often neglect is that under the ocean is truly a sight to behold. From coral and plantlife, to a wide variety of interesting sea creatures, it’s simply a sight to behold beneath the waves. Then, there’s the jet ski. Jet skiing is much like sailing, but think of the jet ski as the motorcycle to a boat’s car, if you will. It’s smaller and faster, and so it has a certain X factor that boats are lacking, despite boats being the more traditional and reliable option for sea traversal. Along with this speed and maneuverability, people use jet skis to perform interesting tricks and facilitate water skiers. Water skiing, despite the similar name and dependence upon jetskis, couldn’t be more different. Imagine being dragged behind a jetski at top speed as a way of turning the water into a road, in essence. However, if you take a look at this video, you’ll see that barefoot water skiing is also an option, and I can’t imagine anything that would make you feel more like a super hero than gliding along the surface of the ocean like a water strider. Instead of skis or your bare feet, you’d be dangling from a hang glider, soaring above the ocean.
