The Crumpler Store: Now Open for (Geeky) Business!

crumpler2.jpg

Almost three years ago I had my first encounter with a Crumpler Bag. It was called the McBain’s Lovechild – a slightly smaller version of McBain, which fit my 12 inch iBook like a charm. Ever since then the Crumpler brand has had a cult following – whose majority of members were obviously from that other cult of Mac lovers.

Fast forward to three years later – today. The Crumpler Store is now officially open. Their sexy bags were once being displayed at Power Mac and Digital Walker but it is time for them to have their own stall – across Krispy kreme at Serendra, The Fort, together with other big name brands like the Crocs Store and Havaianas Store.

Testimonial: I once used the Crumpler sling bag during a typhoon to cover my head from the rain. When I got home, the bag dried quickly (it’s made of signature Chicken feathers or something like that) and my iBook was dry. Well, these bags aren’t cheap (be prepared to spend P3,500.00 – P10,000.00), but they sure are durable and attractive.
