To the right is the contents of an opened sachet of Starbucks VIA (yeah it’s a bit blurred — for effect!). The ground arabica comes from beans that have been roasted within 18 days, the average length of time where coffee beans is guaranteed fresh. The VIA sachet contents on my right is ??? days old.
