The Invisible Shield and some branding stuff

package.JPG

I got a package in the mailbox today. Though this is not odd for me to receive stuff from abroad, it really intrigued me that instead of my name, the senders had placed my blog title “ABUGGEDLIFE” as the recipient. Gee. So this is how blog branding works?

Back in July, I had written about the Invisible Shield screen protector for the iPod. Thanks to the power of trackbacks, the people from ShieldZone contacted me and actually GAVE me a free shield for any gadget that I owned. I have never seen the invisible shield in the Philippines – the usual screen protectors I see are the ultra clear ones from Brando and Martin Fields which you can buy from Digital Walker (Parksquare, Makati, beside Yoshinoya).

So the package finally arrived. Since my iPod did not have a screen (yay iPod shuffle!), I opted for a protector for the other gadget I’m still honeymooning with … my REBEL XT!

What I actually found cool was the text at the back of the packaging. Click to enlarge.

hahaha… I got the same email from them back in July. I forgot to reply to the email because it took me a long time to get a list of gadgets from my PTB editors. Now ko alng naalala when you blogged about them.
